About Nestasia
Nestasia is a young venture which is looking to transform the home décor market in India and South East Asia. It aspires to design and source trending products to cater to retail households.
Nestasia was founded by Aditi Murarka, who completed her MBA from XLRI in 2015. Aditi worked at Standard Chartered Bank, India and Zalora Group, Singapore before starting Nestasia.
Position: Business Development and Operations Manager
Required: Fresh Graduate 2018 / 2019 batch - B.Com, BBA, Mass Comm, Maths, Stats, Economics, Comp Sc
Excellent communication skills and fluency in English (oral & written) and Hindi (oral)
• Self-motivated to work in a start-up environment and the ability to operate without pre-defined structures
Requirements (preferable)
• 1-2 years of start-up experience
• Interest in the retail sector
• Aptitude for fashion and design
• Comfort with all forms of social media
Job Description
This role gives the applicant an opportunity to be a part to the founding team of a young and determined statup. The selected candidate will work closely with the founder and the managing team to build the brand.
CTC: Rs.3/- lacs pa
Variable Compensation Up to INR 1 lac per annum
Stock Compensation 0.5% per annum, up to a cap of 2% with each stock reward vesting 2 years after being awarded
