Job Title - Animator
1- Research various design techniques to provide accurate designs for requested animations. Create multiple design drafts and collaborate with teams and stakeholders for final direction.
2- Use requested design tools, including physical and digital tools, to create initial designs. Create and elaborate on storyboards for requested projects. Prepare presentations with raw designs to customers
3- Work collaboratively with other animators to ensure consistency and accuracy of animated designs. Create expressive character animation portraying a wide range of emotions.
4- Recommend the best approaches to integrate 3-D components into final commercial quality products. Create high-quality animations by utilizing both hand key animation and motion capture data.
5- Give and receive constructive, creative feedback across teams. Collaborate with other animators, clients, and producers. Preparing presentations with raw designs to customers. Working to production deadlines and meeting clients' commercial requirements. Read scripts and storylines to understand animation requirements.

Key Requirements--
1- Creativity and artistic talent. A knack for storytelling. Attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure. Ability to work independently as needed.
2- Ability to meet tight deadlines 1-3 years of experience drawing and animating. Experience using animation software, such as Adobe Animate, Maya, Cinema 4D, or Blender.
3- Proven ability to draw across different types of artistic styles. Experience implementing different animation styles, including traditional animation, 3D computer animation, 2D vector animation and others.
4- General computer literacy, including experience with common operating systems (Windows, Linux, MacOS) and productivity tools. Strong desire and ability to work collaboratively to fulfill project demands.
5- Must be able to take direction, communicate with other artists, as well as external contractors, and work with engineers to ensure that art and animations are properly implemented in the game. Ability to illustrate and storyboard.
6- Outstanding work ethic, character, integrity, and professionalism. Must be able to prioritize, multitask, and meet tight deadlines. Strong design, communication, and project management skills.
7- Must have a positive attitude and be a team player. An engagement with the industry from submitting work to festivals and competitions.
8- The flexibility to switch between several projects at once. Knowledge of 2D/3D, stop motion and computer-generated animation.


3D Modeler

Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

Design high-poly and low-poly models of 3D characters.
Monitors the needs of rigging, animation, and design to ensure clean handoff for assets.
Maintains a clear and consistent schedule in conjunction with the Producer and VFX Supervisor
Ensure high modeling quality based on concepts and instructions from the Supervisors for character models, and to develop the pipeline.
Mentors artists in both artistic and technical techniques.
Work closely with character riggers, texture artists, animators, and the shading department.

Qualifications:

Exposure character modeling
A strong 3D design portfolio
A creative person with the ability to adapt to various styles
Precision and an eye for details
Knowledge of low-poly and high-poly modeling
Someone who has a proficiency in using edge loops
Advanced abilities in Maya, Z-Brush or Mud Box and Photoshop. Knowledge of Mari a bonus.
Experience producing blend shapes (facial expressions and lipsync morph targets) is a plus
Ability to complete tasks within production schedules and deadlines in an organized manner
Ability to learn and adapt to new workflows and methods
Someone who’s open and responsive to guidance and review notes from creative and technical supervisors

Rigger
Exposure in animation or any other related industry
Advanced knowledge of Maya and 3ds Max
Should have mastered the principles of animation such as anticipation, timing, weight, secondary motions
The candidate should have experience in animation and rigging and should be able to work with complex models
A good sense of timing and composition
Strong understanding of motion, size, ratios and perspective
Strong acting skills preferred and / or a concise study of acting theory
Understand the fundamentals of animation, can work in a variety of styles, can work from creative briefs/storyboards to execute the animation
Deliver the quality that the client is expecting, while being responsible for schedule and productivity
Knowledge of Autodesk Motion Builder & Endorphin a bonus

Work Location: Sector 37, Gurgaon

Salary- INR 15,000 to INR 35,000 per month
Immediate joinees only
Course - in Animation or related only
