Position - Business Development Manager


Profile - Business Development & Sales Manager

Required: Fresh Graduautes (0-2 years experience): BCom, BBA streams

JD:
An energetic individual capable of executing multiple projects under strict timelines. He/she should be highly confident, fluent in English & Hindi and should be prepared to work in a start-up environment. Interest in weddings and fashion, on the whole, is must-have.
Candidate needs to conduct business development activities by discussing ZoWed's business offerings, products and services with vendors catering to the wedding market across India. It primarily involves activities such as - 

* Create and update sales collateral, set up and conduct sales meetings, and achieve monthly sales targets
* Engage in Cold calling, identify potential leads and do regular follow-ups to achieve monthly sales targets.
* Lead and execute exciting projects like fashion photoshoots, couple shoots, events and magazine launches.
* Meeting and working with the best names and talents in the Indian wedding segment.

Skills - Candidate must be passionate about making sales and must have a genuine interest wedding industry. Good negotiation skills, English communication skills and previous sales experience are desired.
Also as we are a start-up, he/she must be an out and out team player ready to take on challenging work situations that may arise from time to time.

Note - We are a BYOD company and the candidate is expected to bring his own laptop to the office.
