Team Leader / Team Members - TAS – PFI - Ahmedabad
Your key responsibilities
· Assist and advise clients on the development and evaluation of their project
implementation strategies
· Preparation and development of bidding documents including concession agreement
· Help client and team in Bid process management including application, RFQs and Bid
evaluation
· Support clients in negotiating transactions including the drafting and reviewing of bid
documentation, issue papers, and reports for external use
· Financial modeling, transportation modeling or socio-economic impact modeling
experience
· Understanding of how to conduct effective analysis on infrastructure projects, Public
Private Partnerships/Private Finance Initiatives from a financial and economic
perspective
· Project Management

· Anticipate and identify engagement related risks and escalate issues as appropriate.
· Actively establish client (process owner/functional heads) and internal relationships.
· Assist and share knowledge with team members, Seniors and Managers in developing

especially focusing on complex, judgmental and/or specialized issues. Work with the
team and the client to create plans for accomplishing engagement objectives and a
strategy that complies with professional standards and advise clients to understand
and manage their business risks and verify the validity of their business information
· Demonstrate excellent project management skills, inspire teamwork and responsibility
with engagement team members, and use current technology/tools to enhance the
effectiveness of deliverables and services.
· Understand EY and its service lines and actively assess what the firm can deliver to
serve clients.
To qualify for the role, you must have
· 2 – 5 years of relevant post qualification experience (post MBA or equivalent)
· MBA from top 20 B-Schools in India or Top 200 B-Schools of the world is desirable
· Leadership skills
· Strong Financial Modeling & Analytical skills
· High initiative and drive
· Maturity and ability to handle pressure
· Positive attitude and high commitment
· Excellent oral and written communication skills
· Professional appearance and poise
· High team orientation
· Project management/time management
· Ability and willingness to travel, as needed on long term assignments across the country
Preference will be given to candidates with a background in Project Finance, Municipal Finance,
Government Planning Agencies, Transportation and Urban Planning, Forecasting,
Infrastructure Development, or Investment Firms.

Qualification of Team Member (3 positions):
I. Master in Business Administration from one of the top 20 institutes for B-School as per ranking by National Institutional Ranking Framework ( NIRF) or from world top 200 Business Schools.
II. Shall have minimum 2 years’ experience with Management Consultancy after completion of Master Degree in Business Administration
