We are looking for a patient and enthusiastic Research Psychologist to design and execute
models on identifying the trends between employability skills and job families.
To this end, the Research Psychologist will be required to meet with participants, collect and
store data, and subsequently report on findings obtained. These insights will be used in
improving the existing ML model of Perspectico
You should also aim to produce papers for publication in local and international press/journals.
Research Psychologist Responsibilities:
We at Perspectico are trying to solve the puzzle of employability from a recruiter point of view.
● Surveying the literature to identify gaps in existing knowledge.
● Formulating appropriate research questions and hypotheses pertaining to the
phenomena of interest.
● Selecting appropriate research designs and data analytic procedures for the following
1. Helping us to find the correlation between employability skills (Communication, cognitive,
non-cognitive, personal attributes, etc) and job roles
2. Helping us in making methods/inventories/ of questions/games/SJT''s to measure these
● Scheduling data collection and meeting with participants.
● Providing instruction on methods and techniques needed to conduct psychological
research.
Research Psychologist Requirements:
● Master's degree in Psychology or analogous field.
● Completion of, or significant progress towards, a Doctorate in Psychology is preferred.
● Prior experience as a Research Psychologist.
● Thorough understanding and unwavering observation of relevant ethical guidelines.
● Expert proficiency in pertinent research designs and data analytic techniques.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
