Job Vacancy Result is an IIM-IIT based HR tech platform to bridge the
gap between job recruiters and job seekers through our ML-AI based
system. Our motive is to provide a job portal with ample opportunities
for the job seekers and a platform for the employers to select the best
employees for their candidate profiles with specialization being in
blue-collar hiring.
We are a team of 50+ and have people from various prestigious
institutions such as University of Edinburgh, IIT, IIM, NMIMS, NIT and

3. Generate sales and maintain the relationship
Social Media Marketing
1. Designing posters, logos, and banners for social media platforms
2. Writing content for engaging a variety of audiences
3. Managing and coordinating various activities across social media platforms
4. Planning and executing social media strategies to increase web traffic
Search Engine Optimisation
1. Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine optimization
2. Perform ongoing keyword research including discovery and expansion of keyword opportunities
3. Research and implement content recommendations for organic SEO success
4. Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine marketing
5. Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization
6. Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations
7. Develop and implement link building strategy
Market Research
1. Conduct research using primary and secondary data
2. Conduct analysis on the data
3. Prepare reports
Human Resource
1. Helping in talent acquisition
2. Screening of candidates
3. Assisting the recruitment team with the hiring process
4. Working in the learning and development team of the organization
5. Making strategies to improve the learning and development
