The Role & Responsibilities
An Analyst in the Human Resources department will be responsible for supporting comprehensive human resource programs and
performing related duties in-line with the overall objectives of the department and the organization. The Analyst will perform
functions such as talent acquisition, operations, and analysis, employee engagement.
Prerequisites

• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Attention to detail
• Good time management and multi-tasking skills
• Command over MS Office tools like Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Talent Acquisition
• Understanding the company requirements and assisting in creating a recruitment plan
• Sourcing and identifying potential candidates using various online databases
• Using social media to advertise positions and attract candidates
Operations and Analytics
• Managing onboarding formalities
• Maintaining and updating all employee records
• Ensuring proper implementation of human resource policies and procedures
• Generating, preparing, and analyzing various reports for stakeholders on a timely basis
Business Partner
• Coordinating and facilitating focus groups, surveys, skip meets/one-on-one interviews, and other methodologies
• Assisting in framing, analyzing and revising the existing HR policies
• Generating monthly reports for management and stakeholders
• Strategizing, designing, and planning activities for employees like office celebrations, annual day, milestone achievement,
etc
