2. Job Description:
Role in HR -
1. Creating and implementing HR policies and HR IT platform
2. Managing and training new joiners
3. Creating the HR department as an independent cost and profit centre
4. Working on Performance Management system
5. Handling exit formalities
6. Hiring or recruiting potential candidates. 

Role in Investment Banking & Finance -
• Gathering, analyzing and interpreting complicated numerical information,
conducting qualitative and quantitative data analysis and industry research.
• Build and maintain strategic, detailed financial models & Industry databases and
other financial analysis.
• Assessing and predicting financial risks and returns.
• Providing investment advice, tactics and recommendations.
• Preparing legal documents and prospectuses. • Liaising with accountants, lawyers
and financial experts.
• Source and pitch potential clients for the company.

Role in IT -
1. Knowledge about User Interface and User Experience (UI/UX)
2. Creating simple paper or coded prototypes using Azure' that would help to communicate and evaluate designs
3. Collecting and collating ideas, and inputs from a wider range of users to improve the design using internet
4. Interacting with users and getting feedback on what they like or dislike
5. Lending IT support in areas such as cyber security, programming, data analytics, and data center management
6. Troubleshooting issues and organizing/maintaining IT resources
7. Researching unusual bugs or issues that the company encounters
8. Participating in the development of new desktops, servers or applications
9. Running software update backups when requested.

Role in Marketing -
1. A brief knowledge about social media marketing.
2. Must have skills in online marketing and the internet.
3. Work within a fast paced team environment.
4. Collecting quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns.
5. Performing market analysis and research on competition.
6. Supporting the marketing team in daily administrative tasks.
7. Assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities (e.g. social media, direct mail and web)
8. Prepare promotional presentations.
9. Manage and update company databases and customer relationship management systems (CRM).
Typical activities on a day-to-day basis include:
• Thoroughly researching market conditions and developments;
• Identifying new business opportunities;
• Carrying out financial modeling, then developing and presenting appropriate
financial solutions to clients;
• Liaising with the chief executive and chief finance officers of large organizations;
• Co-coordinating teams of professionals, including accountants, lawyers and PR
consultants and working closely with them.
 
3. Stipend - Performance based (based on completion of a deal in the intern's alloted sector)

4. Duration of Internship - 2 Months

5. Nature - Work from home 

6. Joining - Immediately

7. Working hours - 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday.
