Position: Operation Associates

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and talented Operations Manager who would be responsible for overseeing the Marketplace operations at White Panda. An ideal person well suited for this role will be someone who can think about problems in-depth; prioritize tasks in a timely manner; and in general, must be focused on getting things done. Lastly, we look for someone who is versatile, ambitious and is willing to grow along with the organization.

Responsibilities :

1. On-boarding Technical Writers, Editors, Copywriters to the White Panda community.

2. Overseeing editorial processes and working closely with Editors.

3. Proper accounting to be practiced. Cost needs to be optimized towards writer pay.

4. Working towards Higher content quality & faster delivery times

5. Delegating projects to Writers, while having track of all the progress and deadline.

6. Coordinating with Customer Success Managers

Skills :

- Excellent Communication Skills (Oral and Written)

- Active participation in extracurricular activities / Leadership activities

- Ability to manage projects in a fast-paced environment

- Candidates must possess good attention to detail

- Candidates must possess the ability to prioritize tasks and must remain delivery focused


Position: Growth Associate

Role description:

White Pandais looking fora highly proactive growth associate to work as part of the CEO's office. The role offers unparalleled growth while fast-tracking the candidate's career trajectory. 

We expect excellent communication and operational skills as well asa unique problem-solving ability.

You need to have the right sensibilities and the skills to succeed in a new age,along with creativity and entrepreneurialism.

And then there's speed. You are expected to move quickly from task to task, on his or her screen,and in his or her heads. But not at the expense of accuracy and brand.

Responsibilities include -

1. Serving as a subject matter expert by building a deep understanding of industry fundamentals and the drivers, and assisting with the preparation and dissemination of communications (both external and internal - in the form of a newsletter, social media posts, case studies, webinars or articles)

2. Identifying and building relations with influencers from the ecosystem; with an objective to convert them to evangelists

3. Planning and implementing long-term growth strategies for the job board, built for businesses to list freelance/full-time roles associated with content & creators to discover & engage with opportunities

4. Acquire job/requirement listings via scrapping and outreach at scale

5. On-board content creators to the White Panda community through digital channels and viral loops

6. Collect & study the user data on the platform to optimize for the types of transactions enabled and to form insights


Position: Business Development Associate

Responsibilities:

● Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas

● Create Go-To-Market strategies for our different verticals and create lead pipelines for sales closures

● Grow new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by converting site traffic through

calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content (including offers).

● Perform strategic cold calls with decision-makers for onboarding customers

● Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed

● Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience

● Oversee MarketPlace Operations with respect to our content projects

Skills:

● Conscientious, detail-oriented, and efficient

● Fast, accurate and the ability to prioritize

● Strong Business Orientation and excellent communication skills

● Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of

the organization, including executives and C-level

● Experience in a very fast-paced digital environment

Internship Stipend: Rs 20,000 per Month


CTC for Full-time offer:  The CTC will be decided based on the performance of the internship. We can't share the range at this point.
