Roles & Responsibility 1. Understanding the whole business & study of the product (i.e. Multi Section Digital Axle Counter system) .
2. Preparation , transmitting & filing of offficial correspondence.
3. Preparation / daily updation of tender summary reports and following up.
4. Preparation of job checklist on a priority basis.
5. Interacting with vendors & negotiating.
Competency 1 Must be exceptionally competent in spoken & written English, must know Hindi & Bengali.
Competency 2 Fresh graduates must be conversant with the use of MS Office. PDF document management.
Experienced candidates ie more than 1 year, with a multinational company.
Competency 3 Must have excellent business correspondence drafting ability & word excel document formatting
