Criterion: We would like to interview all 2023 passing out students across any streams with interest in pursuing their career on International Sales.

What are we looking in a potential candidate:

1. A positive problem-solving attitude.

2. Good speaking and written skills in English.

3. Excellent communication, presentation and team building skills.

4. A person who is inquisitive and comfortable asking questions to get clarity.

5. Technical knowledge and inclination would be preferred. Expertise is not a must.

6. Willingness to work in Night shift – 5.30 pm to 2.30 am

7. Strong Internet research skills

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Making outbound calls to potential customers in US

2. Communicating with customers, understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities

3. Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest for products/service offerings

4. Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory

5. Consistently log and record each-and-every outreach made, in CRM, producing regular activity reports

6. Qualify all sales leads, routing the opportunities to the appropriate Practice heads/Sales Manager for further development and closure

Selection Process:

1. Self – registration before the recruitment process. All final year students are invited even if they have arrears.

2. Group discussion.

3. Interview with Senior Managers (For candidates selected based on their performance in Group Discussion)

4. Interview with HR Managers

5. Final Interview with Center Head (For candidates selected based on Interview performance)

Internship and final joining:

1. For candidates who have been selected in the final interview will be provided with offer letters

2. The candidates who accept and sign the offers, will undergo 2 months internship.

3. The internship is expected to start immediately.

4. The interns will be provided a stipend of INR 10,000 per month during the internship.

5. The interns will start their full-time employment based on their performance during their internship period receiving their salary package of 5 LPA.
