Designation : Business Developement Associate
Location: Work From Home

Job Role and Responsibilities:

1. Take the prospect from initial contact phase to qualified phase over the phone
Present product solutions virtually.
2. Generate revenue by counselling prospects and converting them to sales.
3. Meet and exceed pipeline contribution goals
4. Leads will be provided by the company.
5. Respond quickly to assigned leads.
6. Willingness to be measured by weekly and monthly metrics.
7. Use and become an expert on the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

CTC Range :- INR 4-5 LPA + Very Lucritive Incentives

Required Skill Set :
 
Excellent communication skiils and a zeal to work within the Business development /Sales profile
Expereince Required : 0 - 3 Yrs can apply.

Interview Process : 2 rounds of interview with hiring managers.

● Respond quickly to assigned leads (3.5hrs cold calling targets ) ● Willingness to be measured by

weekly and monthly metrics.

● Use and become an expert on the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

Requirements:

● Freshers to 3years of experience in Inside Sales / Outbound Sales / Tele Sales / Educational Sales.

● Good written and spoken English & can speak Hindi.

● Good negotiation and pitching skills required.

● Passion to work in a fast-paced start-up

● Ed-tech experience is an added advantage

● Multi-disciplinary, continuous learning mind-set

● Customer focus with good convincing ability and confident personality.
