Position-BDM ( Business Development Manager)
Eligibility- BBA Freshers or working personnel
Location- Kolkata
Job Profile- Marketing Holiday packages selling.
Job Description:
1) Collecting Leads From the Tele callers, & Meeting the Clients.
2) Calling Customers, fixing the right time for appointment.
3 ) Understanding the Budget & Exact need of the client &
Offering the right membership product from the range of products.
4 ) Following up with the customers for closures,
5) Achieving the Targets on time.
6) Reporting to the respective manager.
7)Sales planning and program
8)Building effective and profitable relationships with potential clients
Qualities Desired-
Strong communication skills-written and verbal
Strong Interpersonal skill
Self starter,proactive,ambitious and result oriented
Creative thinking,convincing aptitude
Target orientation
Openings- Approx 40
Type of Employment: Permanent, with initial probation of 6 months.
Also looking for some Summer Internship Trainee also.The interview process will be start from 3rd week of April.
