Kickstarters is a start up by a former Xaviers and IIM-A grad.It offers a multi-sport program for young kids (aged 3-8 years). Along with offering popular sports such as cricket,tennis,soccer,badminton and basketball,it also focuses on life skills and aims to ensure that every child leads a healthy,fit and active lifestyle.

Position : Head Trainer/Center Manager

Location : Kolkata 

JD : Manage a sports academy which will train kids on multiple sports. The person will be the lead trainer in the academy and will also head a team of trainers.The person will interact with clients and assist in business development and marketing strategy of the organisation.

Students background : Any student who has Interest in sports, must enjoy working with kids, patience, preferably played sports for the state/ university/ college/ school.Must have good communication skills.

Cut off : No particular cut off.

Selection procedure: Two rounds of interview.

CTC:  Rs. 1,60,000 – Rs. 3,20,000 pa

Experience: 0-4 years
