SXC - MyCampusPost intends to become the de-facto student run digital media publication for St.Xavier's College. Our goal is to make SXC college life exciting & enriching by covering its campus news ranging from college humor, events, interviews, to-do's, food recco's, college fashion, student confessions or hidden quirks a Xaverian should know. Think Buzzfeed, but for college students specifically, and unique to every college. We intend to be accessible across every digital platform- Web/Mobile/Social.

Being a publication For SXC Students-By SXC Students, we build a talented team of reporters, marketers, videographers and designers who are selectively hired and trained from the ground up. Every team member gains skills and experience in building, managing and leading them a media publication setting them up for the best of full-time opportunities across the top media brands. Further, you join the national MyCampusPost Network spanning chapters across other founding colleges such as IIT's, NMIMS, SRCC. Lastly, we're also backed by releaseMyAd-India's largest media ad-agency providing direct mentorship and guidance.

Position - Marketing Manager, Content Reporter, Photographer, Videographer 

Duration of Internship - 6 months

Job descriptions - 

The Marketing Manager leads the chapter’s larger marketing strategy that outlines brand development, content promotion, hold on-campus events, partner with societies and ideating social media tactics to achieve your quarterly/half-yearly goals. One could even earn money conducting local on-campus brand campaigns.

The Campus Reporter sets the editorial vision and standards for the chapter. They oversee the editorial process, from story ideation to creation of content to presenting the publication. The stories include factual, funny & relatable, quizzes and listicles type of content.

The Video Director sets and upholds your college chapter’s video standards and manages a streamlined video creation, editing, and publishing process for the team. One has to cover the events on campus (including live streaming) and creating sharable/viral content about students.

The Photo and Graphics Director sets and upholds your college chapter’s photo standards and manages a streamlined photo creation, editing, and publishing process for the team. Importantly, managing social media handles and creating a campus photo library.
