Internship Program:
White Panda is accepting internship applications for the following positions:
The roles, responsibilities and compensation of these positions are mentioned in the respective named attachments, please find them. Certificate and PPO (performance-dependent) shall be provided on successful completion of the internship.
The Internship shall take place at IIT Gandhinagar, 302, Block 30. If a student is selected for the internship, the facility of hostel accommodation at IITGn hostels shall be provided on the paid basis if requested for.
Role & Responsibilities of UI-UX Designing Intern:
● Improving UI/UX of White Panda's web presence
● Designing marketing collaterals
● Translating concepts into wireframes and mockups that lead to intuitive user
experiences
● Identifying design problems and devise elegant solutions
● Making strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new,
functions and features.
Compensation: INR 8,000

Role & Responsibilities of Web Development Interns:
● Develop new Content Marketing tools and features
● Enhance the White Panda platform; develop new features including Analytics,
specific NLP tool etc
● Create certain algorithms and APIs
● Software testing, Documentation, presentation, and recruitment
● Develop and maintain project deliverables under the direction of the project manager

Role & Responsibilities of Business Development Interns:
● Identifying and creating new partnerships with corporate events, firms and agencies
● Onboarding industry experts to White Panda's community
● Working with the business development team and identifying strategic enterprise
clients and partners
● Improving and streamlining White Panda's customer relationship management
Compensation: INR 6,000

Roles and Responsibilities of Communications Interns:
● Working & coordinating with the core White Panda team to strategise internal and
external communication plan.
● Identifying communication opportunities for improvement and resolving problems of
White Panda Writer Community.
● Identifying and creating new partnerships with corporate events, firms and agencies.
● Understanding the audience and the brand persona, and strategizing various marketing
campaigns - both paid and organic accordingly
● Identifying trends, building conversations along them.
Compensation: INR 6,000 - 12,000

Responsibilities of Content Writing Interns:
● Understanding the elements of content marketing and developing content
accordingly.
● Creating thematic blog articles and posts for our community.
● Proofread/edit all content pieces for accuracy.
● Working with other writers to help their ideas and stories succeed.
● Drafting interviews for marketers and writers, blogging for important events,
ideating copywriting workshops and writer community building.
Compensation: INR 6,000

Roles & Responsibilities of HRM Interns:
● Overseeing the implementation of Human Resource programmes.
● Identifying opportunities for improvement and resolving problems.
● Sustaining and bolstering the organizational culture – from targeting desirable profiles
to recruiting, on-boarding, motivating, and retaining them.
● Providing necessary education and materials to managers and employees including
workshops, manuals, employee handbooks, and standardized reports.

Role & Responsibilities of Marketing Interns:
● Understanding the audience and the brand persona, and strategizing various
marketing campaigns - both paid and organic accordingly
● Identifying trends, building conversations along them
● Executing inbound marketing through various content distribution channels
● Executing email campaigns
● Executing Influential marketing and building native advertisements
