Job Description:
Gain hands-on experience in B2B marketing strategies as BIC expands its network of customers in India and abroad. Your role is on a team that is passionate about partner success, is fast-paced, and intra-preneurial. You can expect to be exposed to a mix of relationship and project management, innovative marketing in a traditional industry, and setting up of a base marketing infrastructure. 

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: 
1. Work alongside the Director to oversee and formulate marketing strategies. 
2. Build and manage the company’s social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and additional channels that may be deemed relevant. 
3. Create shareable content appropriate for specific networks to spread both our brand and our content. 
4. Collaborate with designers and sales professionals and industry experts to produce relevant content that meets the needs of both key stakeholders and our audience. 
5. Identify and interact with relevant advertising companies and formulate strategies for the same. 

Desired Background:
A typical candidate applying should have the following qualifications: • Excellent communicator (both spoken and written English) and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions. • Active and well-rounded personal presence in social media, with a command of each network and their best practices. • Excellent organizational skills to work independently and manage projects with many moving parts. • Previous marketing experience a plus. • Bonus skills: Adobe Creative Suite, Knowledge of SEO rankings & optimization factors and key algorithm updates. 

The minimum duration of the internship is 2 months with the possibility of extending depending on performance. 

Start date: Immediately 

Stipend This is a part-time internship and the stipend will vary between Rs. 3,000 – 6,000 depending on the hours per week you commit to contribute.
