The Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving the sales in B2b and B2C channel. This is a high-engagement role and thus requires a candidate who has an entrepreneurial mindset, enjoys the process of sales and is assertive, outspoken and has a confident personality.

· Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
· Setting sales targets for individual reps and your team as a whole, developing sales strategies and setting targets
· Identify potential customers and expand business base and ensure repeat business
· Responsible for generating leads, Managing corporate tie-ups, and local tie-ups.
· Collecting customer feedback and market research
· Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
· Servicing the needs of your existing customers
· Maintain Daily Sales Report or visit Report, Compiling and analyzing sales figures
· Excellent Written, Oral Communication Skills, and Analytical skills.
· Well versed in MS Office (Powerpoint and Excel)
· Good sense of time management, planning & organizing, judgment and analysis
· Adaptability / comfort in coordination / Interaction with internal and external customers
· Monitoring, screening, responding to and distributing incoming communication.
· Should be comfortable with frequent travel.
