Job Description: Manager – Operations
An exciting & enriching role which involves assisting our Managing Director, Mr. Rahul Singhal with the day to day operations of the company. Mr. Rahul Singhal is an alumnus of IIMAhmedabad, Indian Statistical Institute & The Doon School. Post his MBA, he worked with the investment banking division of Deutsche Bank, across their London & Singapore office. The candidate would be working with people from across the different departments like technology, curriculum, graphic designing, animations, sales, interns and would get exposure in ideating, planning, executing and entrepreneurship.
Key Job Responsibilities - Helping with the day to day operations of the company - Formulating new strategies to help grow the company - Coordinating with the different teams for effective execution of the plans The ideal candidate would be passionate about managing a company; working on a tight schedule to achieve extraordinary results.

The candidate would be a driving force in implementing our unique offerings in schools and helping millions of students from across the country Key Job Responsibilities Devise innovative marketing strategies and implement them Manage sales of our product in schools and in retail Conduct workshops for students, teachers, parents and principals
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Curriculum Development
The Curriculum Developer would be responsible for the following: - Preparing lesson plans for Maths, Science, English Language, Social Science (upto class X) - Responsible for reviewing & updating existing curriculum based on child-centred pedagogy - Detailed study on the recent methodologies used by leading global institutes - Creating new initiatives related to curriculum development by conducting extensive research - Timely completion of any other tasks assigned that demands subject expertise at all significant stages i.e. curriculum planning, development, implementation, analysis and revision
Key Skills Required: - Subject Matter Expertise - Creativity, ability to think out of box - Good presentation skills - Excellent communication skills Please note that prior teaching experience is not compulsory. Also, the candidate needs to have expertise in any 1 subject, i.e. Maths or Science or Social Science or English

The Interns would be responsible for designing questions, creating innovative assessment tools for Mathematics/Science/Social Science/English Language (classes I - X). This is a great opportunity for anyone looking to contribute to the society and gain exposure in the corporate sector/ education field.
Package Offered: upto Rs. 4,00,000 (depending on the profile)
