- Be a Graduate (in any discipline) with excellent communication and presentation skills (English and Bengali/Hindi)
- Be target-oriented and enjoy socialising and
networking with people
- Have excellent computer skills and should have good familiarity with Microsoft Suite applications (especially MS Word and Excel)
- Be pleasant cheerful and efficient in dealing with people with people and enjoy working
- Be outgoing and enthusiastic to support the organisation to organise events/workshop
