*Build and execute social media strategies through competitive research, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification.
*Generate, edit, publish and share daily content that builds meaningful connections and encourages users to download and use our App.
*Set up and optimize every expert's content within the platform to make sure all the information is updated for user content consumption.
*Moderate all user-generated content in line with our moderation policy for each expert.
*Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules to promote experts.
*Continuously improve the platform by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information so obtained.
*Collaborate with other departments to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions.
