Role: HR Generalist
Key Responsibilities:
 To assist in Recruitment (scheduling, coordinating with panel for interviews,
offer roll out etc.)
 To coordinate with recruitment vendors
 To assist in defining Job Description
 Onboarding of new employees
 To initiate and manage Background verification process
 To actively participate in various employee engagement initiatives and
corporate events
 To assist in Induction of new joiners

Essentials:
 Strong Interpersonal Skill
 Strong Communication Skill [Written and verbal]
 Ability to work with accountability and minimum guidance
 Ability to think out of box
 Knowledge using MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint

Eligibility Criteria:
 B.A English / BMM, COP - HR with 60% and above
 Minimum 60% or equivalent in 10 th , 12 th


Role: Content Writer
Key Responsibilities:
 Responsible for Producing contents for Internal and External Communication.
Some of the examples but not limited to are - Case Study, Blogs, Internal HR
Communications, Website Contents, Journals, Social Media Promotion
Contents.
 Working in alignment with technical team for understanding of the details and
terminology and drafting a generic content for publication
 Prepare well-structured drafts using and Ensure all-around consistency (style,
fonts and tone)
 Proofread and content editing before publication
 Collaborate and coordinate with various teams (Presales team, Marketing
Team, Program Team, Project Team) to improve the language of
Presentations, Documents, Research Papers, White Papers, Proposals, User
Manuals
 Fair understanding of Digital Marketing & Content trends and platforms and
have basic understanding of technology and tools for web content.
 Strong communication skills to understand content requirements of various
stakeholders across the organization and liaise with various personnel to
develop and deliver content.
 To work closely with design team and agencies
 Responsible to produce and manage contents to be published on corporate
website
 Responsible to produce and manage Press Release on behalf of organisation

Role: Accounts Executive
Key Responsibilities:
 Assistance in all financial operations of the company including reporting,
forecasting, invoicing and cash management, accounts payable/receivable and
payroll
 Participate in the monthly accounting close ensuring timeliness, accuracy,
completeness and compliance with corporate policy
 Assistance in consolidation of Global monthly results
 Assistance in Tax compliance including income tax, GST and corporation tax
 Assistance in Preparation of Monthly P&L and B/S statements
 Assistance in Preparation of forecasts of future performance of the business
 Assistance in Preparation of annual budgets
 Assistance in Overall management of sales order processing and revenue and
invoice management and forecasting
 Assistance in Vendor Payment & TDS Management
 Support the implementation of new processes and controls and the
implementation of new systems
