Description: Managing a sport like an entrepreneur in order to gain market
share for Decathlon in Kolkata
The
Sports Retail Manager will be responsible for the sport he is passionate about
and will take his own decisions in complete autonomy :
I
am accountable for merchandising and stock of my sport territory
I
will be responsible for piloting, budgeting and PnL for my sport (Turnover,
Margin, Shrinkage).
I
will guarantee the result of my economic performance with the right forecasting
and analysis of the results.
I
build my Sports Community in my catchment.
I
build the digital ecosystem of my sport/store (social media, digital orders,
e-commerce)
Require: Final year 2020 batch – B.Com, BBA, B.Sc General, M.Com
