JD: Develop & execute the Marketing mix for the brand in line with the overall marketing strategy, thereby enabling achievement of brand objectives and growth targets.

Assist in Planning & execution of media campaigns/ATL promotion initiatives for the brand in co-

ordination with Advertising & Media agency.

Market Intelligence - Maintain constant touch with the market to understand retail trends and

competitor activities to observe and evaluate the execution of plans vis-à-vis competition.

Extensive market visits to gather market intelligence from Trade and consumer perspective.

Liaison with Trade Marketing and sales team to conceptualize and execute multi-local plans to

increase brand salience and visibility.

New Product Development

Consumer Insight- Conduct intense consumer research directly and through the third party to

constantly generate insights that can be applied to creative campaigns, product ideas or even on-

ground changes

Liaison with Internal and external stakeholders

Functional Skillset

Demonstrated and recognized capacity to carry out activities for brand as per priorities and

execute them flawlessly

Strong skills to read business trends and good business acumen

Demonstrated capacity to lead challenging projects

Highly organized, good time management and the ability to meet deadlines

Education: Graduate from Tier 1 institute. Prior knowledge about OTC industry will be plus.

Very strong communication and Interpersonal Skills, as well as outstanding aptitude for time

management

Strong focus on prioritization - identifies critical activities to reach his/her goal and eliminates
