Job summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and highly motivated graduates to work with a team of educational & career
consultants, product & content developers and develop the most compelling interfaces & applications for our
products and services. By joining CareerLabs Technologies Pvt. Ltd., you will support delivering services for the
products and services team that includes products like the Profile-Builder for Placement, Profile-Builder for
Master’s and the Admissions Consulting Services.
Through the Graduate Development Program (GDP), over a duration of up to 1 year and through multiple
projects, you will get a chance to explore potential careers while gaining valuable work experience. You will
also get to develop your technical and leadership skills for a successful career.
Responsibilities
This techno-managerial role entails two key components – Technical Advisory Support and Collaborative
Project Work with other departments. Your specific responsibilities include:
● Provide advisory support to Careerlabs clients for any queries related to any of the services provided
by Admissions Consulting Services and our entire suite of products
● Review client queries and profile; should be able to understand the complete requirements of the
client and suggest plans as per the needs of the client
● Contribute to products and projects with other departments, such as Product Development Team,
Marketing, Operations Service Delivery, Operations Customer Success, Consulting, Editing, etc. to
strengthen your technical and professional skills, identify your professional interests, and help
advance your career.
● Develop technical skills in your domain and specialize in CareerLabs suite of Products/Services
● Work with the top management to identify issues and opportunities related to supporting our teams.
Develop clear, well-scoped problem statements and drive related projects to completion.
● Develop and demonstrate leadership skills through opportunities to coach and mentor others, and
initiate and lead process improvement projects
Program details
Candidates will spend 9 months in the Graduate Development Program from the date of joining (Jul-Aug
2020). Post the successful completion, candidates will be moved to the other departments in CareerLabs
based on their interests and availability.
Skills required
● Technical and domain expertise would include, but is not limited to: strong domain knowledge,
hands-on knowledge of tools and professional certifications.
● Superior problem-solving skills
● Exceptional communication skills, both written & verbal
● Ability to multi-task within deadlines
● Good Collaboration skills and ability to work with a cross-functional team
● Familiarity with MS-Office Tools
