COVID-19 pandemic has impacted the very face of the job market and millions across the globe have
lost their jobs or are at a high risk of losing their jobs.
About Us
CareerVsCovid19 is working to help India get back to work. CareerVsCovid19 is a community-
supported initiative focused on enabling job-seeking professionals and companies to navigate through
the current crisis. We have partnered with AvaiLink( ) – a not for profit initiative started by LSR alumni
to help job seekers whose careers have been impacted due to Covid-19.
We have collectively connected 8500+ active job seekers to 500+ recruiters.
Our portal caters to registrations from both experienced job seekers as well as students looking for
internships. After registering, candidates can stay updated with the latest opportunities and get
connected to our fast-growing network of recruiters. Our platform is free for both for the recruiters as
well as for job seekers (and it only takes only five minutes to register and sign up!)

To further our mission, we are currently hiring interns for 3 roles:
1. Head of Candidate Outreach
2. Head of Recruiter Outreach
3. Head of Content & Marketing
Prerequisites
• Ability to lead a team, and work with a team
• Strong communication skills
• Socially motivated
• Good organisational and time-management skills
Internship Length: 1 month- July to August 2020; can be extended beyond that after discussions
with candidate & CVC19 team
Location: Remote- should be able to work efficiently and effectively from home!

Role of Head of Candidate Outreach
The intern will be expected to:
• Manage volunteers to ensure increase in candidate applications
• Use LinkedIn actively, and our social media channels effectively
• Target Candidate identification and engagement
• Plan and conduct online workshops with the aim to help job-seekers strengthen their profile,
or make their job-search efficient
• Engage with various platforms for collaborations and promotions
• Work closely with the Head of Content & Marketing, to lead marketing initiatives focused on
candidate-outreach

Role of Head of Recruiter Outreach
The intern will be expected to:
• Connect with top recruiters and follow-up for query resolution
• Manage a team of volunteers to onboard more recruiters, and ensure there is a wider range
of opportunities for job seekers
• Use LinkedIn actively, and our social media channels effectively
• Target Recruiter/ Hiring Manager identification and engagement

The intern will be expected to:
• Lead content for both media outreach as well as for marketing initiatives
• Head our team of volunteers to create impactful content and lead creative marketing
strategies
• Support Head of Candidate Outreach and Head of Recruiter Outreach in terms of
content/marketing inputs
• Increase engagement by leveraging social media marketing
• Work on media partnerships and events
