  1. Digital Marketing Executive : As a digital marketing executive you will typically be responsible for engaging a brand with customers or clients via the digital space. Your main aim is to establish and manage the business' online presence and promote products/services on online platforms and websites. You will be responsible for planning, execution and management of digital marketing campaigns, these are some of the tasks involved: Creating SEO-optimised content across the entire digital infrastructure,PPC campaign management,Tracking and analysing important metrics that affect website traffic, service quotes and target audiences,Preparing regular internal reports that provide insight into performance, Working to key performance indicators and increasing relevant conversions,Cross-collaborating and liaising with external teams to create material, Organising and promoting industry events such as launches, networking events, webinars and webcasts,Maintaining industry relevancy by identifying and analysing the latest digital trends and tech developments in mobile marketing

Content Creator : As Content Creator you will be responsible for producing marketing copy to advertise our products, writing blog posts about industry-related topics and promoting our content on social media. Create content marketing campaigns to drive leads and subscribers Use SEO best practices to generate traffic to site. Regularly produce various content types, including email, social media posts, blogs and white papers. Actively manage and promote our blog, and pitch articles to relevant third-party platforms. Edit content produced by other members of the team. Analyze content marketing metrics and makes changes as needed. Collaborate with other departments to create innovative content ideas. 3. Content Executive - As a Content Executive, you will assist in managing all aspects of online content platforms and implementing content strategy across all platforms. Help to promote content across social networks, manage ongoing partnership with inhouse and external content producers. Work with teams to produce content in the forms of blogs, articles, videos, imagery etc. Ensure all content produced matches the tone and style including google guidelines. Maintain website content to ensure it is all up to date and accurate. Work with external content producers to create engaging and relevant video and text content and help to promote across social media. Work with Content Manager to create and follow a strict content development and marketing plan. 4. Graphic/Video Designers - As a Graphic designer create visual concepts, by hand or using computer software, to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, or captivate consumers. Develop the overall layout and production design for advertisements, brochures, magazines, and corporate reports.  Edit raw videofootage and add effects/elements to enhance motion graphics. Research and analyze best designtechniques and solutions to create motion graphics. Assist in designing and creating storyboards.Determine the message the design should portray. Create images that identify a product or convey a message.Develop graphics for product illustrations, logos, and websites etc. Select colors, images, text style, and layout. 5. Business Development Executive  - Onboard merchants on our eCommerce platform and help them engage with their audience. Build an in-depth understanding of Stores in your city across categories and sign up the right set of Stores to partner with.Ensure that the platform has the most comprehensive selection of stores by signing up the target merchants quickly and effectively. Efficiently solve problems and make smart decisions to ensure supply is our competitive advantage. Manage and grow long term relationships with the merchants: identify opportunities and take initiatives to grow the business of your accounts. Analyze data and ensure month on month growth of your merchant business by making decisions on aspects like pricing and coverage. Own all aspects of merchant satisfaction and help solve issues, troubleshoot as required. Manage end-to-end client relationship including pitching, negotiation, contracting, billing/ invoicing, payment collection, result tracking and troubleshooting 6. Customer Engagement Executive - Contact existing customers to inform them about our services and offers. Actively listen to the customers’ complaints or suggestions and update the team accordingly. Politely push sales, close deals, and forecast the next months results. Cold calling and constantly checking on old accounts and updating them about our new offers.Effectively receive queries and troubleshoot problems.Enhance department and organization’s reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly to internal stakeholders. Resolve customer queries and support resolution of all issues. Engage with partners through email, phone, online presentations, screen-share and in person meetings. Be the primary point of contact for the partner and build long-term relationships with the brand. 7.  Brand and Category Management Executive (Ecommerce) -  Responsible for maximizing the sales and profit of the categories and achieving sales budgets while remaining competitive in the marketplace. Management of topline and bottomline (P&L), product returns and inventory mix. Negotiate all vendor buying agreements between the company and respective suppliers.  Work with merchandising teams on promotional planning and merchandising. Selecting products for advertising through online paid channels, social media etc., while ensuring pricing accuracy.  Work closely with Suppliers, majorly Brands and engage them in Joint Business Plans with a promise of growth and scale. Plan website layout and taxonomy to improve the customer shopping experience. Add/Update Category Product Catalogue with accurate details. Monitoring product lifecycle of every product in the category and take early calls for opportunity maximization. Accurately forecasting trends, planning stock and monitoring performance. Drives Business growth, and Market Share of the Specific Category with a strong bend towards product, competition & consumer analytics. Planning and developing the product range and finalizing the pricing strategy for products. To ensure 100% customer satisfaction through Seller/brand level monitoring of the NPS score vis-a-vis Delivery Time, Product Quality, Wrong SKU delivered etc.
  3. Software Testers - As Software testers you will be involved in the quality assurance stage of software development and deployment. You'll conduct automated and manual tests to ensure the software created by developers is fit for purpose and any bugs or issues are removed within a product before it gets deployed to everyday users.
  4. UI/UX Designers - As UX Designer you would conduct User Research, create User persona, Determine the information architecture of a digital product, design User flows and wireframes, Create prototypes, conduct user testing. As UI Designers you will be in charge of designing each screen or page with which a user interacts and ensuring that the UI visually communicates the path that a UX designer has laid out
  5. Software Business Analyst - As a Software Business Analyst you would Liaise with Tech Team acting as information source and communicator between business and tech team, Understand strategic business needs and plans for growth, Enhance quality of IT products and Services. Analyse the design of technical systems and business models. Utilize IT data for business insights. Analyse business needs. Create software design documents and product reports on application development and implementation. Create software user manuals. Find technological solutions to business requirements. Analysing data to inform business decisions.
