We at EzeeClasses are looking for young energetic MBA students to work
on live projects of Marketing. Students in this profile will be hired as
Interns who will work solely from home/ hostel.
We require minimum 10 students who are interested to work in a startup
culture and can give 2 months of their valuable time. Work timing will
be flexible because we understand that students might be involved with
their online classes also.
Required: Final year MARKETING background
Job Description of this profile:
Designation - Trainee Business Development Executive
Tenure - 2 months
Target Based- Yes, 10 sales in 1 month (Leads will be given from our
end)
Remuneration- 15% of total sales generated in a month individually; No
fixed Salary; Certificate after completion
PPO can also be given to deserving students, solely based
on performance and conduct.
1) Incumbent will be responsible for promoting Ezeeclasses.
2) Incumbent will be responsible to generate as many sales as possible
from the given leads by calling them individually and explaining them
about our products and how our products can solve the problems of modern
education system.
3) Converting at least 20 sales in two months time.
4) Updating Daily EODR sheet without fail.
5) Act as a SPOC for own customers, if they face any problems with the
App or Website.
What will students Learn?
A marketing student should be such, that he should be able to sell
anything and everything. This unique opportunity gives students hands on
experience on sales and makes them much more confident of performing in
the industry.
With classroom courses, it is very important to know the corporate world
so that they can relate their education and understand better.
Also, 15% of commission per sale gives them a sense of responsibility
and makes them financially independent.
Certificate of appreciation can act as a boost up during placement drive
or interviews.
IF the student performs, EzeeClasses might offer them PPO on a Fixed
plus Variable Pay Scale.
