About the Internship:

Below are the different projects as per roles.

Project 1- Business Developer

·       Helping the company to engage in business with clients.

·       Identifying prospects by reading telephone and zip code directories and other prepared listings.

·       Calling prospective customers by operating telephone equipment, automatic dialing systems, and other telecommunications technologies as a part of tele-marketing.

·       Completing orders by recording names, addresses, and purchases; referring orders for filling.

·       Securing information by completing database backups.

 

Project 2- HR Generalist

 

·       Hiring of the candidates for Marketing Internships

·       On-boarding

·       Time Attendance

·       Induction

·       Working on the HRMS Portal

·       Exit Formalities.

 

Project 3- MIS (Management Information System)

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

·       Handling project data management

·       Handling back end operations

·       Working on data entry

·       Preparing MIS report on Excel

·       Making and receiving calls

 

Project 4- Android Developer

Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform

·       Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features

·       Work with outside data sources and APIs

·       Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability

·       Work on bug fixing and improving application performance

·       Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency

The candidate must have previously worked on development any applications and should have hands on experience of that.

 

Project 5- Content writer

·       Create content marketing campaigns to drive leads and subscribers Use SEO best practices to generate traffic to our site

·       Regularly produce various content types, including email, social media posts, blogs, and white papers

·       Actively manage and promote our blog, and pitch articles to relevant third-party platforms

·       Edit content produced by other members of the team

·       Analyze content marketing metrics and makes changes as needed

·       Collaborate with other departments to create innovative content ideas

Project 6- Graphic Designer

·       Study design briefs and determine requirements

·       Schedule projects and define budget constraints

·       Conceptualize visuals based on requirements

·       Prepare rough drafts and present ideas

·       Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand

·       Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic

·       Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design

·       Test graphics across various media

·       Amend designs after feedback

·       Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand

Project 7- UI/UX Designers

UI/UX Designer responsibilities include gathering user requirements, designing graphic elements and building navigation components. To be successful in this role, you should have experience with design software and wireframe tools. If you also have a portfolio of professional design projects that includes work with web/mobile applications, we’d like to meet you.

Ultimately, you’ll create both functional and appealing features that address our clients’ needs and help us grow our customer base.

Responsibilities

·       Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers

·       Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps

·       Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets

·       Build page navigation buttons and search fields

·       Develop UI mock-ups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like

·       Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)

·       Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders

·       Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)

·       Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback

·       Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images

·       Requirements

·       Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role

·       Portfolio of design projects

·       Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. Wireframe.cc and InVision)

·       Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop

·       Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders

·       Good time-management skills

·       BSc in Design, Computer Science or relevant field

 

Project 8- Data Analyst

·       Collecting and interpreting data

·       Analysing results

·       Reporting the results back to the relevant members of the business

·       Identifying patterns and trends in data sets

·       Working alongside teams within the business or the management team to  establish business needs

·       Defining new data collection and analysis processes

·       Hands On Experience on AI,SQL and Python

      Requirements:

·       Experience in data models and reporting packages

·       Ability to analyse large datasets

·       Ability to write comprehensive reports

·       Strong verbal and written communication skills

·       An analytical mind and inclination for problem-solving

·       Attention to detail

Project 9 - Marketing Research Intern

·       Collect data on consumers, competitors and market place and consolidate information into actionable items, reports and presentations

·       Understand business objectives and design surveys to discover prospective customers’ preferences

·       Compile and analyze statistical data using modern and traditional methods to collect it

·       Perform valid and reliable market research SWOT analysis

·       Interpret data, formulate reports and make recommendations

·       Use online market research and catalogue findings to databases

·       Provide competitive analysis on various companies’ market offerings, identify market trends, pricing/business models, sales and methods of operation

·       Evaluate program methodology and key data to ensure that data on the releases are accurate and the angle of the release is correct

·       Remain fully informed on market trends, other parties researches and implement best practices

Project- 10 Quality Analyst Intern

 

• Develop and execute test plans to ensure that all objectives are met.
• Implement and monitor test scripts to assess functionality , reliability, performance and quality of the service or product.
• Identify and remedy defects within the production process .
• Recommend , implement and monitor preventative and corrective actions to ensure that quality assurance standards are achieved.
• Compile and analyse statistical data.
• Ensure that user expectations are met during the testing process.
• Draft quality assurance policies and procedures.
• Investigate customer complaints and product issues.
• Ensure on going  compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements.

1. The duration of the internship is 3 months

Note – Some Profiles are for 6 months as well.

2. No stipend would be provided

4. Telephonic round of interview would take place between an allocated time slots
