Requirements:
1. Looking for a Fresher / Experienced
2. Should be an M.B.A Graduate
3. Work Location: Hyderabad.
4. Languages : Hindi – 5, Marathi- 1, Gujarati-1, Malayalam – 1, Bangla-1, Kannada-1, Tamil-1
(with English mandatory)
Education - Graduation - B. Tech/ Any degree & MBA
Key Responsibilities:
1. The primary responsibility is to focus on user acquisition, activation, retention with a strong hold on product management, competitor's Market Strategies and capable of doing in-house analysis.
2. Will be working with UGC (User generated content) team where you’ll handle Stringent,
reporters and additional responsibilities as per the requirements.
3. Should be able to capture all the classified space and in developing new strategies and ideas in view of market demands and trends.
4. Be Number Driven: Responsible for analyzing daily performance and strong in analytics.
5. Excellent knowledge on mobile-applications and product management. Must be tech-savvy.
6. Should have good leadership skills and able to guide, motivate and lead team members to their optimum performance level.
7. Should be aware and have eye on current market trends especially on social media. Understand the customer needs and also the competitor’s market position.
Skills:
1. Excellent communication Skills (English & one of the language mentioned above)
2. Should have strong grip in one of the language mentioned (ability to read, write and speak)
3. Analytical & Presentation skills
4. Excellent leadership skills
5. Should be strong in MS Office
GROWTH MANAGER
Requirements:
