Position Description: HR is the face of the company for its internal hiring. As a company representative, HR is always expected to work with a high level of integrity and employee service orientation.

 

Please note that the candidate should:

1. End to End Recruitment.
2. Sourcing profiles.
3. Bulk Recruitment.
4. Attending Job Fairs and Campus Drives.
5. Follow up with Candidates from screening to joining.
6. Conducting Joining, Orientation, Induction & Exit formalities.
7. Preparing MIS reports.
8. Handling the employee grievances.
9. Conducting Skip level meetings.

 

Salary Structure-

Fees Structure: 60000 Rs.
