Jd:

Assist in project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensure feasibility

• Coordinate with internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution of projects

• Analyse results, propose new marketing strategies and implement them driving growth and maximise ROI

• Ensure proper internal as well as external stakeholder management and track day to day operations of the organisation

• Lead campaigns end-to-end from conception to defining objectives, execution, tracking, and reporting

• Metric driven analysis for online and offline campaigns across channels including (but not limited to): paid social, paid search, content, organic, referral, email, direct mail, podcasts, affiliate, and video

• Monitor, analyse, and report on KPIs to ensure marketing initiatives are driving profitable acquisition. Use web analytics and business intelligence tools such as Google Analytics and internal dashboards to better understand our customers and exploit those insights in marketing campaigns

• Think strategically, analytically, and creatively about new ways to reach customers and increase relevance

• Highly communicative and anticipative of potential issues and resolving them at the earliest
