Job Description: Role: Inside Sales Executive Location: Mumbai (Currently remote)
Roles & Responsibilities You would be in charge of converting Hot/Warm leads to sell our educational courses to customers/parents. - Hot/warm leads are generated after a trial class is conducted with our highly trained teachers. - There is NO cold-calling - Our conversion rate currently is upwards of 20%. - High performers with excellent communication skills are required Key Requirements: - Very Fluent in English - A flair & eagerness for sales
-Experience in Target handling - Minimum - bachelors degree - Minimum of  6 months of experience with exceptional communication skills. - Passion for the education industry Working Days - 1 day weekly off - Working on Saturday & Sunday (since lead volume is highest) - Working hours on weekdays (11 am - 9 pm / 12 pm to 10 pm) must be flexible with the work schedule  Perks and Benefits Excellent Monthly Incentives
