Dynamic Digital Technology (DDT) was formed in the year 1990 by an Indian entrepreneur based in the Boston area as a wholly owned subsidiary of Digital Technology Inc (DTI), DTI started its operation in 1987 to provide technology solutions in the field of computer networking and telecommunications. We developed a niche in developing Networking Protocol Software and Test Tools related to various TCP/IP, ATM (Asynchronous Transfer Mode) and MPLS (Multi Protocol Label Switching) protocols. The company continued to grow rapidly over the years and was acquired by Agilent Technologies in the year 2000.

Required: Fresh Graduate / Post Graduate (2015 to 2017 batch) - B.Com / BBA / M.Com (Marketing), COP - Sales / Marketing 

1. Job Title: Business Development Executive Required Skills and Experience:  Excellent English communications skills, both oral and written  Atleast 1 year experience in a marketing role that involved soliciting business preferably from international clients and preferably for software services or products  Computer skills in PowerPoint, Excel and Word  Should have interest and knack in learning about new technologies, especially those related to wireless communication 

Educational Requirements: MBA-Marketing/ International Business preferable. 

Responsibilities: Develop market opportunities for sales of LTE software related to testing and carriergrade solutions Learning Tasks:  Develop good understanding company’s products and services  Develop good understanding of the market for company’s product and services 

BD/Sales Tasks:  Identify sales prospects for assigned company’s product/service  Write introductory communication to identified new sales prospects  Maintain a database of indentified prospects and communication 

Marketing Tasks:  Assist in trade show and related marketing campaigns Definite eligibility for confirmation/promotion to next level (apart from other aspects covered in performance appraisal):  Should have made atleast one presentation internally to senior members of the company on marketing/business opportunity in relation to an existing product/service of the company  Should have been able to assume responsibility of communication with atleast one existing or new customer) 

2. Job Title: Senior Business Development Manager Required Skills and Experience:  5-8 years of experience in roles related to Product Management, Business Analyst, Business Development, Marketing, Sales.  Of the total experience, 2-3 years in a role that required business solicitation  Ability to create marketing requirements for software products  Excellent English communication skills, both oral and written  Prepared to travel (mostly international) 

Educational Requirements:  Bachelors’ in computer science or engineering. Candidates with a bachelors’ degree in any other discipline can also be considered provided they have relevant and sufficient experience. MBA preferred. 

Role and Responsibilities: BD/Sales and Customer Support Tasks:  Perform all usual BDM tasks (e.g., customer communication, writing product literature, product demonstration, estimating revenues, customer support, etc.) independently i.e., without taking regular help from supervisor  Attend direct meeting with customers  Write proposals, where required, to provide custom solution or product to a customer 

Marketing Tasks:  Create marketing campaigns (exhibiting at trade shows, customer/distributor demonstrations, press releases) for company’s product or service 

Other tasks:  Contribute and participate in current product roadmap definition and new product ideas based on feedback from customers and market  Track competition and provide information on new products from competing companies  Track discussions in relevant groups of standards bodies in which company is member 

HR Tasks  Provide training and guidance to junior BDMs. 

3. Job Title: Director- Business Development Required Skills and Experience:  8-12 years of experience in roles related to Product Management, Business Analyst, Business Development, Marketing, Sales.  Of the total experience, minimum 5 years in a role that required business solicitation  Should have experience in managing a team, training, assignment of tasks, performance evaluation of team members  Ability to create marketing requirements for software products  Excellent English communication skills, both oral and written  Prepared to travel (mostly international) 

Educational Requirements:  Bachelors’ in computer science or engineering. Candidates with a bachelors’ degree in any other discipline can also be considered provided they have relevant and sufficient experience. MBA preferred. 

Role and Responsibilities: BD/Sales Tasks:  Take complete responsibility for business development for a single product/service or product category  Manage all business communication related to that product or category  Supervise and manage a team of junior BDM personnel  Write and negotiate contracts with customers and distributors 

Marketing/Budgeting Tasks:  Determine marketing strategy for assigned product or category  Budget marketing & sales expenses required for assigned product or category 

Other Tasks:  Provide new product ideas to company based on feedback from customers  Create Marketing Requirement Document (MRD) for new products  Participate in industry associations and groups of which company is member 

HR Tasks:  Review performance of team members and identify Training and development needs
