The Fellowship is a half-year, full time, residential, graduate program , co-designed and co-delivered by Alsisar Impact. This setup enables Fellows to receive hands-on enterprise knowledge and strategic experience that adds value to their careers beyond the Fellowship.

Impact First Fellows usually have a background in Finance, Business Consulting, Marketing, Operations Management, Project Management, Technology, HR, Product Development, Process and Quality Management or Law.
