Job Description and Other Details :

Virtual Internship - Full Time / Part Time, 3-6 Months - Mentoring and Experience Certificate will be provided. But NO STIPEND/SALARY
- Through this program, we try to offer maximum opportunities to maximum students who want to gain industry experience through an internship.
- Depending on the internship opportunity Minimum period would be between 3 - 6 months
- There will not be any stipend as these internships can be done from home. Students who are in Mumbai may be asked to visit our office for some discussions as needed by the mentor.
- On successful completion of Internship - Internship Certificate would be provided and good references in case of any check backs by prospective employers in future.


1. ECommerce – Operations – Virtual Internships
Manage entire backend operations of our eCommerce Platform – Seller Website/Products Setup. Training, Coordination with Sellers. Supporting them with their eCommerce activities and order management. Activities cover – Customer Service, Product Management, Partner Training, eCommerce Store Setup, Order Fulfilment Tracking, Setup Promotions and offers, Coordination with sellers.

Skill(s) Required: Good Communication Skills – Written and Verbal, Understanding of Ecommerce, Operations Background (Preferred)

2. Digital Marketing – Virtual Internship
As a digital marketing intern, you will typically be responsible for engaging a brand with customers or clients via the digital space. Your main aim is to establish and manage the business' online presence and promote products/services on online platforms and websites. You will be responsible for planning, execution, and management of digital marketing campaigns, these are some of the tasks involved: Creating SEO-optimised content across the entire digital infrastructure. PPC campaign management. Tracking and analyzing important metrics that affect website traffic, service quotas, and target audiences. Preparing regular internal reports that provide insight into performance. Working on key performance indicators and increasing relevant conversions. Cross-collaborating and liaising with external teams to create material, Organising and promoting industry events such as launches, networking events, webinars, and webcasts. Maintaining industry relevancy by identifying and analyzing the latest digital trends and tech developments in mobile marketing.

3. Corporate & Brand Alliance Executive – ECommerce – Virtual Internships
Responsible for Corporate Alliance and Tie-ups with Brands. Help Brands with growing business through our eCommerce Platform. Building Strategic relationships, Presenting our Platform Solution and value benefits. Responsible for managing certain Categories within our e-commerce and ensuring that brand tie-ups, promotion engagement, and category sales are growing. Engage in other strategic corporate alliance activities and brand positioning activities.

Skill(s) Required: Good Communication Skills – Written and Verbal, Understanding of eCommerce, Marketing Background (Preferred)

4. Sales & Business Development – Virtual Internship
Onboard merchants on our eCommerce platform and help them engage with their audience. Build an in-depth understanding of Stores in your city across categories and sign up the right set of Stores to partner with. Ensure that the platform has the most comprehensive selection of stores by signing up the target merchants quickly and effectively. Manage and grow long-term relationships with the merchants: identify opportunities and take initiatives to grow the business of your accounts. Present the value proposition of the solution and how it helps them improve their business.

Skill(s) Required: Good Communications Skills, Sales & Marketing Background (preferred)

5. Graphics Designer / Motion Graphics Design – Virtual Internship
As a Graphic designer create visual concepts, by hand or using computer software, to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, or captivate consumers. Develop the overall layout and production design for advertisements, social media posting, brand building, brochures, magazines, and corporate reports. Edit raw video footage and add effects/elements to enhance motion graphics. Research and analyse best design techniques and solutions to create motion graphics. Assist in designing and creating storyboards. Determine the message the design should portray. Create images that identify a product or convey a message. Develop graphics for product illustrations, logos, and websites, etc. Select colors, images, text style, and layout.

Skill(s) Required: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects

6. Content Writer – Virtual Internships
Write interesting posts around technology, eCommerce, brands, product reviews, online shopping, how-toss, or thought/opinion pieces, etc. basically, anything and everything that's happening in the retail industry, technology & e-commerce today. Create useful, valuable content to serve and engage our followers on social networks. Curate the product/services catalog to make sure everything on the site is accurate. Write at least 30 articles of 1000-1200 words per month. Create contents for blogs posts, social media, graphics, video stories, brand stories, product content, story/scripts

7. HR & Administration – Virtual Internships
Providing operations support executive to our CEO  Providing support in HR, Administration, and recruitment activities.  Providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation

8. Market Research & Lead Generation Executive – Virtual Internships
Researching and collecting relevant Business Information as per our target market. Analyse Data based on Topics of Research and prepare specific reports
Identify Potential Seller Partners who could be listed on our eCommerce Website. Collaboratively work with the sales, marketing team, and leadership team to develop lead generation strategies to generate lead opportunities with prospective customers. Market research for identifying the new client, lead generation & converting the lead into a prospect. Competitive Analysis

9. UI/UX Designers Virtual Internship
As UX Designer you would conduct User Research, create a User persona, Determine the information architecture of a digital product, design User flows and wireframes, Create prototypes, conduct user testing. As UI Designers you will be in charge of designing each screen or page with which a user interacts and ensuring that the UI visually communicates the path that a UX designer has laid out 3. Software Business Analyst - As a Software Business Analyst you would Liaise with Tech Team acting as an information source and communicator between the business and tech team, Understand strategic business needs and plans for growth, Enhance the quality of IT products and Services. Analyze the design of technical systems and business models. Utilize IT data for business insights. Analyze business needs. Create software design documents and product reports on application development and implementation. Create software user manuals. Find technological solutions to business requirements. Analyzing data to inform business decisions.

10. Customer Marketing (On Field) Internship  - As a field marketing representative you would be responsible for driving brand awareness through on-site, face-to-face interaction with consumers. You will be working on-site to connect with markets. As such, it comprises all marketing activities that involve face-to-face contact with the consumer. It could involve selling a product, distributing promotional information, and personally connecting with target buyers, and similar other activities to promote the brand/product.

11. Customer Engagement Executive Internship - Contact existing customers to inform them about our services and offers. Actively listen to the customers' complaints or suggestions and update the team accordingly. Politely push sales, close deals, and forecast the next month's results. Cold calling and constantly checking on old accounts and updating them about our new offers. Effectively receive queries and troubleshoot problems. Enhance department and organization's reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly to internal stakeholders. Resolve customer queries and support the resolution of all issues. Engage with partners through email, phone, online presentations, screen-share, and in-person meetings. 12.  Brand and Category Management Executive (Ecommerce) -  Responsible for maximizing the sales and profit of the categories and achieving sales budgets while remaining competitive in the marketplace. Management of toplines and bottom-line (P&L), product returns, and inventory mix. Negotiate all vendor buying agreements between the company and respective suppliers.  Work with merchandising teams on promotional planning and merchandising. Selecting products for advertising through online paid channels, social media, etc., while ensuring pricing accuracy.  Work closely with Suppliers, major Brands and engage them in Joint Business Plans with a promise of growth and scale. Plan website layout and taxonomy to improve the customer shopping experience. Add/Update Category Product Catalogue with accurate details. Monitoring the product lifecycle of every product in the category and take early calls for opportunity maximization. Accurately forecasting trends, planning stock, and monitoring performance. Drives Business growth, and Market Share of the Specific Category with a strong bend towards product, competition & consumer analytics. Planning and developing the product range and finalizing the pricing strategy for products. To ensure 100% customer satisfaction through Seller/brand level monitoring of the NPS score vis-à-vis Delivery Time, Product Quality, Wrong SKU delivered, etc.
