FRESH PRINTS

 Fresh Prints (www.freshprints.com) is an NYC-based custom apparel startup. We find incredible students and give them the working capital, training, and support to build the business at their schools. We have 400+ students who will do $15 million in sales over the next 12 months.

You’ll be focused on the next $50 million. How do we create unique value propositions? How do we develop additional revenue channels? How do we usher in the next stage at Fresh Prints? 

Those are the questions the members of our cross-functional Growth Teamwork on every day. They do so not as developers, designers, or marketers, but as entrepreneurs, determined to drive the business forward.

This role is perfect for someone who is in the early stages of her or his marketing career. You’ll learn tons about a lot of different aspects of marketing. And for the right person, this role offers an uncapped opportunity. With time, the role will develop into a higher-level role and you’ll be given the space to lead a specific marketing domain. 

Position: Marketing Coordinator

Required: Final year 2021 batch: B.Com, BMS, M.Com - Marketing background


Description of the Role

  • Manage our social media presence on Instagram and Pinterest, which include everything from coming up with content to posting to engaging with our community 
  • Coordinate with influencers, models, photographers, and graphic designers to create marketing assets
  • Coordinate with our Operations, Art, Printer, Finance, Tech, and Sales teams to ensure we nail every detail of our campaigns 
  • Research fashion trends to help us develop new products and looks 
  • Conduct market research and identify new opportunities
  • Work with the rest of the Growth team to test, refine, and develop revenue funnels 
  • Develop and manage our SEO strategy 
  • Effectively execute daily administrative tasks

Requirements

  • A deep interest in American youth culture 
  • Love for colloquial English writing
  • An eye for aesthetics 
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Fluency in English is a must
  • Strong time management skills
  • Detail-oriented and meticulous with work 
  • Self-motivated and excited to work on different projects

Details

  • The job is based out of our office in the city of Nizams and Nizams and Biryani. The office is currently closed for COVID so the role will be remote until we reopen. Once the office reopens, we do expect the entire team to work there in person.
  • Hours are Monday - Friday, 3:30pm - 1:30am IST, 6:00am - 4:00pm EST.

 -One written rounds wherein we screen candidates for writing skills (grammar) and creativity

-One project round wherein we screen candidates for their marketing and market research skills 

-Hangouts call with the Manager

-Final Hangouts call with the HR Manager for Culture fit
