We are now offering internship programs for students and for enthusiastic learners who wish to assist us in our journey towards the social and economic upliftment of underprivileged women and children. Our ventures include "Be ready for red", "Milk and bread campaign", "Book train", "Soap bank campaign" and "Tools for school". Though the internship is unpaid it will provide the students an amazing opportunity to help people in need. The candidates can work with us from the comfort of their homes. The program also provides interns with benefits such as:

*Minimum duration is 3 months
* Interns should own an account on Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp
* Interns need to use these 3 platforms to create awareness about Aashman Foundation and make its voice reach to masses using social media.
✔ *MARKETING AND SALES*
*Minimum duration is 3 months.
*Generate funds for the organization to support the needy, collaboration with brands & individuals for gathering either funds or brand awareness, branding, lead generation, client relationship management and so on.
✔ *HUMAN RESOURCES (HR)*
* Minimum duration 6 months
*Roles & responsibilities for HR profile include:
• Create internship drives in college campuses
• Use online medium to enroll candidates
• Screen resumes and application forms
• Schedule and confirmed interviews with candidates
• Post, update & remove internship ads from intern boards, career pages, and social networks
• Prepare HR-related report's as needed (like training budget by department)
• Participate in organizing company events and careers.
✔ *VIDEOGRAPHERS*
*minimum duration 30 days
*We have opened up hiring for videographers. The conditions is as follows :
* The intern should not completely be a fresher. Experienced candidates are preferred.
*Should have a camera.
* The person should be living in these cities :
- Chandigarh
- Panchkula
- Mohali
- Zirakpur
* Other locations will not be entertained

*Minimum Duration 45 Days
*Candidates have to Raise Funds for our organization by sharing campaigns conducted by the foundation on social media platforms!
✔ *HINDI CONTENT WRITING*
*Minimum Duration: 6 months.
*Only 10 seats are available.
*Candidates need to submit Hindi essays on the topic : *importance of internship for youth* for selection procedures.
*The content writer must be flexible to write stories/poems/quotes/articles in Hindi.
*And should be flexible enough to write and submit content in 4 hours maximum.
*must have Hindi type writer in their mobiles*
✔ *EVENT MANAGEMENT*
*Minimum duration 3 months.
*Interns need to generate ideas for online events, gather masses, do awareness programs about Aashman and various social agendas of the NGO.
*Collaborate with brands & individuals to make the event happen, handle teams and so on.
