Vahdam Teas is a leading global brand for premium, garden fresh teas with a disruptive, direct from source model endorsed by Oprah herself featuring on Oprah Winfrey Favourite Things 2018 & 2019. Founded by Mr. Bala Sarda (CBS alumnus of 2012), Vahdam Teas has raised a total of $15.5 Million in funding from marquee investors such as Sixth Sense, Fireside Ventures, SAR Group, Pankaj Chaddah (Zomato co-founder), K. Gopalakrishnan (Infosys co- founder) etc. With offices in New York and Delhi and a strong presence in 90+ countries, we are a young and dynamic team with a vision to create a home grown, Indian tea brand for the world.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Work with the team on analysing the core business metrics i.e. Revenue, Performance, Customer experience etc.
• Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports.
• Create weekly, monthly & quarterly business reports for the top management.
• Regular MIS Reporting for specific functions of the company.
• Take complete ownership of Performance marketing Analytics and Spend Optimization.
• Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and best practices through continuous improvement and learning.

• Strong Mental Aptitude / IQ is the most essential criterion for eligibility.
• Advanced Knowledge and Excellent Command over Excel.
• Good Communication Skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
