Position: Sales Manager

Core Responsibilities: 

● Generate revenue by qualifying and closing leads 
● Meet and exceed sales targets 
● Identify new prospects and revenue opportunities 
● Pitch products & services to potential customers 
● Build rapport and long-term relationships with customers 
● Provide management and product teams with feedback from potential customers 
Requirements
● Passion for human interactions 
● 1-3 years of quota carrying sales experience 
● Demonstrated track record of over-achieving quota 
● Strong written and verbal communication skills 
● Good listening ability. Strong convincing ability 
● B2C experience in Top EdTech is a big plus

Working schedule- 6 days working (Saturday and 
Sunday mandatory working) rotational off’s on 
weekday.

Compensation Range:  Rs. 4 LPA - 6 LPA (depending on the performance in the interview process) + 2 LPA Variable. 


Skills Needed: Excellent Written and verbal communication skills in English. Prior sales experience is preferable. 


Interview Process Details: Telephonic Screening > Group Discussion Round > Sales Director Round > Founder's Round


Location: Presently due to the COVID situation, we are not encouraging office hours, selected students will be trained from home and will be working from home post-training. Once the situation improves, they shall be expected to report to our Gurgaon office.
