Anthroplace is  a leading HR company  headquartered in Kolkata with offices in Delhi and Toronto. We operate in the domains of Recruitments, Corporate Training and Education (www.successpoint.co.in). We work with clients like IBM, Accenture, Alstom, Ericsson, NIIT, Cap Gemini, Ernst & Young, Deloitte etc. We have a youthful team of 44 committed professionals. Anthroplace has ambitions to expand its IT recruitment practice by acquiring new clients and introducing new delivery mechanisms and products

The internship program is intended to do the following:

1.     Acquire new IT clients for Anthroplace

2.     Do market mapping of the respective region assigned to the intern.

3.     Explore the possibility of new recruitment products.

4.     Develop a long term business strategy for marketing and branding.

We are open to students with HR, Marketing and Operations specialization. Interns with prior work experience in HR/recruitments are highly preferred.

Traits required in the intern:

1.     Strong knowledge of new age hiring systems

2.     Should be a social media savvy.

3.     Strong in stretegy formulation.

4.     Exposure to latest presentation software desirable.

5.     Capability to approach and handle complex problems

Selected candidates would go through a 6-12 week internship program at Kolkata office. They would be assigned to a Team Leader and would be functionally reporting to the same. Selected interns would have to submit a copy of the project report to the head office.
