We are a leading Education company  headquartered in Kolkata. We are into classroom coaching for CA, BBA, CLAT, GMAT and CAT. We are also into Career counselling and Corporate Training. We have our headoffice in Bhawanipur in Kolkata and have ambitions to spread our wings in the education and counselling space and this project is intended to help secure that objective.

The internship program is intended to do the following:

1.     Build awareness of career counselling in schools and colleges

2.     Do market mapping of the respective region assigned to the intern.

3.     Explore the possibility of new education products for the east india market.

4.     Develop a long term business strategy for franchising and prepare a roll-out plan.

We are open to students with HR, Marketing and Operations specialization. Interns with prior work experience in education are highly preferred.

Traits required in the intern:

1.     Strong knowledge of new age education systems

2.     Should be a social media savvy.

3.     Strong in stretegy formulation.

4.     Exposure to latest presentation software desirable.

5.     Capability to approach and handle complex problems

Selected candidates would go through a 6-12 week internship program at Kolkata office. They would be assigned to a Team Leader and would be functionally reporting to the same. Selected interns would have to submit a copy of the project report to the head office.
