Job Title:	Analyst	Location:	Kolkata
Department/Function:	Tax - Transfer Pricing

Purpose of the position and principal responsibilities

·        Have comprehensive knowledge and understanding of Transfer Pricing rules and regulations to carry out bench marking studies on Indian and Overseas databases with the help of relevant databases, processes, excel and macros.

·        Conducting qualitative analysis, web reviews of companies for comparability analysis.

·        Analysis of annual reports to ascertain business activity, compute operating profits and other Financials.

·        Prepare industry analyses of diverse industries.

·        Carry out compliance and planning documentation requests.

·        Having strong analytical, problem solving & organizational abilities.

·        Managing multiple tasks, prioritizing time and communicating potential conflicts to supervisor

·        Possess a flexible & detail oriented attitude.

·        Ability to plan, execute, review and control effectively, assigned duties with minimal errors making sure that quality and timeliness are adhered to.

·        Must be able to implement knowledge of accounting technicalities in projects allocated.

Required key skills (functional/technical)

·        Possess comprehensive knowledge of accounting & financial concepts.

·        Required to have working knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) / Internet.

·        Required to have excellent communication skills (written and verbal) as well as inter-personal and networking skills.

Desired qualifications

·        Expected to have a Bachelor's degree in Commerce or equivalent.

·        Other qualifications will be an added advantage.
