The Position 
The Business Development Executive is one of the most interesting and dynamic opportunities within Accenza. It’s a unique (and critical) role based in Kolkata which will need you to be creative, structured, resourceful with a significant upside. You will be responsible for developing entirely new sales channels, building strategy with senior management, qualifying leads, reaching out and signing up deals.

What You'll Do
1.Help establish new sales channel and drive it with help from management.
2.Generate sales leads in each key international market (remotely).
3.Generate sales leads. 
4.Accurately forecast based upon realistic opportunity assessments.
5. Ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
6.Maintain pro-active relationships with all partners and leverage the relationships to grow business.
7.Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet our core values and culture.

Desired Skills/Experience
1.The phone and social media is your ‘friend’ - you must show evidence that you are a great communicator (both written and oral ---- this is non-negotiable), prepared to work hard to generate results.
2.Ability in penetrating small and large corporations to find decision makers.
3.Ideally have experience or interest in the technology industry.
4.Technically adept, self-motivated, and driven by results.
5.Knowledge and first hand experiences in online marketing could be a slight advantage.
