Monest helps clients to review agents for their integrity, market knowledge, and years of experience. It is every client’s aid and advisor for easy, enjoyable and thorough real estate.
How Monest works?
● Agents on Monest are RERA certified or registered at a regional real estate body.
● Clients rate and review them to their current ranking.
● Every deal is a score.
● Professionalism, understanding, expertise, and execution builds reputation.
● Lack of integrity, personal gain, misinformation, and inconvenience hurts it
Why Monest? (The wholesome approach)
● Buying a home should be easy, enjoyable and thorough.
● An agent community built upon client reviews is highly credible.
● When agents build upon each other’s expertise, every client finds the right solutions.
● Consumer focuses, compliances and all the rigmarole needs a melting pot.
● We verify personal profiles and listings, maintain a smart messaging system so agents and buyers
can communicate with certainty, and manage a trusted platform for end to end assistance.
Competition Rules and Regulations
● Short video of about 20-30 seconds to be designed and developed by the respective candidate.
● Content should be around the importance of having a Real Estate Agent or what can happen in the
absence of using services of a Real Estate Agent or it should be about the entire real estate sector.
● Content should be really funny but should not hurt any emotions/ religion/ caste/ language.
● Video should end with the sentiment that for all Real Estate needs one should go to Monest. Should
include Monest branding.
● All participating candidates to receive a certificate of participation.
● Shortlisted videos to get certificate of excellence from Monest.
● Videos liked and finalised by Monest to receive cash prize of Rs. 2000/- each.
● Shortlisting will be done on the basis of the humour content of the video, duration and desire to
forward it to others.
● First date of submission: 3rd March
● Plagiarism and copy must be avoided and the company would not be liable for such issues.
● Each and every participant must mention their name, mobile number and the name of the
institute.
● The quality of the video should be 1080p HD
● Credit will be given to the shortlisted candidates and the videos will be showcased on various
platforms. Proper recognition will be given to the shortlisted candidates.
● We will share the Monest logo after the video has been approved.
Above task should be performed in maximum 7 days from date of acceptance.
