EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION :


Advanced degree beyond graduate level in business administration (e.g. B.Com, BBA, M.Com - Markting other equivalent master’s degree) with a specialization in marketing

MINIMUM RELEVANT EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

4-6 years
LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS (IF ANY) :

Written and oral English skills
INTERNAL CUSTOMERS:

Marketing (Brands), Operations, Legal, Supply chain
EXTERNAL CUSTOMERS:

Communication Agency, Vendors, Social Media
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: 

40-50%
JOB OBJECTIVE I.E. THE PRIMARY FUNCTION AND PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
1
Monitor consumer and business trends and identify gaps in the market that provide opportunities for profitable and sustainable brand growth

Ensure that all the planned marketing initiatives are aligned with the teams, designed and executed and strictly adhere in all aspects to company standards.

Liaise with Agency and Vendors and ensure that elements required to actuate marketing initiatives are as per requirements, cost effective and strictly adhere to company standards.

Apply best practice guidelines in the area of product, package and promotion whilst implementing marketing activities

Continuously monitor and work towards optimizing reach and frequency of communication done across the region
7
Develop a thorough understanding of various channels, and derive key imperatives which spell success for our dealings with all channels

DESCRIPTION & REQUIREMENTS:

Position Overview:
The Brand Executive is responsible for an in-depth understanding of the brand portfolio of the Thick Shake Factory and hence design, align, develop and execute all marketing initiatives in synchronization with the Brand values.
The role holder is expected to:
#Achieve agreed goals and objectives for the Brand.
#Provide Strategic direction for capturing sustained and profitable growth in the near and long term.
#Own, plan and drive brand/ commercial calendar, business building blocks.
#Support the development of brand communication plans and enable the execution of approved Plans.
#Drive excellence in market execution, optimally within allocated budgets and resources;
#Protect and enhance the brand image and reputation of The Thick Shake Factory and the business
#Lead the growth in terms of: the in-depth understanding of the consumers, the customers and competition; the development and implementation of marketing strategies and marketing plans for the brands both long term and short-term.
TECHNICAL & FUNCTIONAL:

Master’s degree in marketing from Tier I college.
Strong project management skills with ability to manage and deliver multiple projects
Passion, Integrity & Energy
Collaborative, resourceful & tenacious at gathering information
Good Communication skills – written, presentation & oral
Enthusiasm for Shakes is preferable.

Key Account Manager Responsibilities
·         Developing trust relationships with  major clients  and acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
·         expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives

·         Knowledge on franchisee model
·         Minimal knowledge on accounts
·         Should have good people management skills .
