Position: Management Trainee
Location: Kolkata
Required: Final year 2020 batch - B.Sc/M.Sc - Microbiology, Biotechnology
JD: *Creating and managing promotional collateral to establish and maintain product branding.
*Analysis of daily, weekly and monthly sales data.
* Constantly follow up on Marketing Activities from the field.
*Generating reports related to Salesforce effectiveness.
*Liaison with the Field Force and getting updates on the current prescription trends of the Doctors.
*Generating complex analytics for ease of control and monitoring Sales Performance from time to time.
* Developing, monitoring and measuring progress of customer centric activities.
* Assisting with product development, pricing, and new product launch as well as developing new business opportunities.
*Competitor and customer insights analysis.
*Analysis of sales forecasts and relevant financials and reporting on product sales
Process: Preliminary interview, 2 days market survey, GD, PI
CTC: Rs. 3/- to 5/- lacs pa
