The three-year programme, built exclusively for Non-Engineering graduates, would enable academic achievements at the workplace while providing an in-depth understanding of the corporate world.
This unique learning-integrated programme, offers students the chance to build a remarkable career in the field of Resource Management mainly in the areas of Talent Acquisition, Workforce Management, Global Immigration Management Services, HR Shared Services while pursuing their higher education – EPGDBM (Executive Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management) – sponsored by Wipro. Candidates will be enrolled for a four-semester EPGDBM course from one of the prestigious management institutes of India – sponsored by Wipro – while working as full-time employees of Wipro within specialized functions of Resource Management*.

Online Assessment (110 Minutes)

· Written Communication Test
Interview Round
Upon selection in the Online Assessment, candidates will be required to go through the HR Interview followed by Presentation round on a given topic.
