Job Description:

Relationship Manager
Responsibilities

  1. Researching and analyzing the market to find out potential business opportunities
  2. Building contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities
  3. Conducting business meetings with prospective clients.
  4. Understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions.
  5. Maintaining an ongoing fruitful relationship throughout their tenure .
  6. Formulating marketing plans in alignment with the eWards platform to maximize customer retention and engagement.
Skills:

  1. Ability to work collectively and individually by setting targets for yourself to ensure objectives are met efficiently .
  2. Ability to map and understand industry trends in order to identify potential clients.
  3. Ability to pin point the clients problematic areas and provides necessary solutions.
  4. Ability to communicate the features of the platform with utmost clarity and simplicity.
CTC- Rs.1,80,000-Rs.2,40,000 + Reimbursement + Incentives-20% of (Total Revenue generated- CTC) Payable on yearly basis.

Client Servicing Manager
Responsibilities
  1. Servicing existing and new clients.
  2. Maintaining fruitful relationships with clients.
  3. Understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions.
  4. Formulating marketing plans in alignment with the eWards platform to maximize customer engagement.
Skills
  1. Superior verbal and written communication skills , coupled with strong active listening skills
  2. Must possess a strong client focus and sense of accountability.
  3. Ability to pin point the clients problematic areas and provides necessary solutions.
  4. Ability to communicate the features of the platform with utmost clarity and simplicity.
CTC- Rs.1,80,000-Rs.2,40,000 + Reimbursement + Incentives-20% of (Total Revenue generated- CTC) Payable on yearly basis.

Marketing Manager
  1. Connect closely with our team for creation of effective solutions to The Why, What and How of Digital Marketing and implementation of the same to create enthusiastic and efficient marketing campaigns for existing and new clients.
  2. A combination of reaching out to prospective clients, who need Digital Media Marketing as well as servicing the existing clients with zeal and energy for extension of period of service. 
  3. Formulating attractive and trendy Social Media Campaigns for the clients and doing research on current trends of Social Media for an effective actualization of the formulated plans for extensive reach.
  4.  Analyzing and Monitoring the effectivity of the social media campaigns and finding newer methods of presenting the same to the clients for their understanding.
  5. Doing extensive market research and finding the problematic areas and solution to the offerings of the company.
  6. Helping in creation of meaningful content for promotion of different offers and other creatives of the clients on social media handles.
  7. Developing an exhaustive content calendar on a weekly/monthly basis for our clients as well as other vital in-house projects
  8. Providing unconditional support to our digital marketing team and helping them out in their day to day activities.
CTC- Rs.1,44,000- Rs.1,80,000 + Reimbursement + Incentives-30% of (Total Revenue generated- CTC) Payable on yearly basis.

Analyst
  1. Sourcing data from various teams & individuals and preparing MIS for the management.
  2. Analysing the data and reporting the analysis to the management by preparing presentations.
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Power Point) and Gsheets.
  4.  Must be a team worker.
  5. Ability and zeal to google information for research work and being self motivated at work is a must.
CTC- Rs.1,80,000-Rs.2,40,000

Graphic Designer
Responsibilities
  1. Develop graphics for product illustrations, logos, and websites
  2. Select colors, images, text style, and layout
  3. Present the design to the management and clients
  4. Incorporate changes recommended by the clients into the final design
  5. Review designs for errors before printing or publishing them
Skills
  1. Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe In-design, Adobe After Effects, Video Compositing, 2D Animation, Graphic Designing, Front end development, UI Designing, WordPress Designing, Premiere Pro, Dreamweaver, Flash
CTC- Rs.1,44,000- Rs.1,80,000

Duration of Internship for all position- 6 months
Stipend- Rs.7,000- Rs.10,000/-
