Joint Venture between the Murugappa Group and Mitsui
Sumitomo Insurance Company Limited, Japan. Chola MS offers a wide range of
insurance products that include Motor, Health, Accident, Travel, Property,
Engineering, Liability and Marine insurance for individuals and corporates. In
2018-19, the company achieved a Gross Written Premium (GWP) of INR 44,281
million. Chola MS currently has 136 branches
and over 60,000 agents across
the country.

Company is keen to hire Graduate Trainees from the batch of
2020 to join our ever-growing business needs. The organization has been hiring
them into Young Manager Roles through their group company Chola People
and Marketing Services Private Limited.
Eligibility
Criteria:
· Graduates in any discipline – full time with a minimum 50%
· Candidate must be less than or equal to 25 years of age at the time of
the application
JD:
Trainees will be responsible for growing health business through assigned bank branches or insurance agents in their respective locations will also be responsible for managing the relationship with bank managers to work closely with our existing retail distribution team to recruit new agents and also further sales through current relationship.

The Graduate Trainees will be provided intensive training during the
first-year including a one-month residential program at a campus of our partner
academic institution. Post completion of the residential program, the trainees
will be deployed at various locations pan India for internship and On-the-Job
Training.
